Warranty conditions

  1. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee when sending it back, and the repair fee and shipping fee outside the warranty.
  2. Please secure and package the product well before returning it. Please note that we are not responsible for non-delivery, damage or loss of products.
  3. To prevent accidents when sending items, please select a shipping method that can be tracked for returns. We cannot accept returns that cannot be tracked.
  4. We may not be able to accept repairs or alterations for reasons such as the state of damage or design.
