Only unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

However, products with engraving and custom-made products are not eligible. If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact us within 30 days after the product arrives, and return the product within 1 week after receiving confirmation from us.

  • If the size of the product does not fit, or if you accidentally ordered the wrong ring size, we will repair or replace the size.
  • For products such as full eternity rings that cannot be resized due to their design, please check the size carefully when ordering.

In case of return or exchange due to customer's convenience

  • Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience will be accepted only once.
  • Please pay for the shipping fee.
  • In the case of a return, we will refund the shipping fee of 1000 yen from the order amount.

In the case of return or exchange due to our reason

  • In the case of a return due to our company's reason such as "the product is different from the one you ordered", we will bear the return shipping fee of 1200 yen.

Return/exchange procedure

3. Return of goods

5. Refund or exchange product arrangement

Cancellation
